In 2025, against a backdrop of global trade complexities shaped by heightened geopolitical sensitivities, emerging technologies and climate change, PSA International achieved a solid throughput record of 105 million Twenty-foot Equivalent Units (TEUs), representing a 5% year-on-year increase, and recording overall revenue of SGD 8.3 billion and net profit of SGD 1.1 billion.
This breakthrough in throughput performance is a testament to PSA’s collective resolve and drive for operational excellence as the Group navigated volatile global markets.
During the year, PSA remained focused on our strategic priorities to build world class, future ready port ecosystems that enhance cargo flow and global trade – driving sustainable growth, creating value and strengthening our relevance to stakeholders across the supply chain.
Our flagship PSA Singapore marked a significant milestone in February 2025, handling over 10 million TEUs at Tuas Port since its operations began in September 2022. As the world’s largest fully automated container terminal, Tuas Port’s achievement reflects its cutting edge technology and strong industry collaboration, which together enable highly streamlined and efficient operations.
In the Middle East, Saudi Global Ports Group (SGP), through its subsidiary SGP Multipurpose Terminals, secured 20-year concession agreements from the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) to operate four multipurpose terminals along Saudi Arabia’s eastern coast – at King Abdulaziz Port Dammam, Jubail Commercial Port, King Fahad Industrial Port Jubail, and Ras Al Khair Port – broadening SGP’s ecosystem and bringing new capabilities and differentiated value to the Kingdom’s ports and logistics sector.
In May 2025, PSA BDP acquired a majority stake in ED Forwarding – an established regional logistics solutions provider based in Mexico – strengthening its foothold in the country that serves as a vital bridge between North and South America and a key hub for cross-border trade.
DRIVING GROWTH THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS AND INNOVATION
In 2025, we deepened our commitment to enable smarter and more resilient supply chains through strategic partnerships, innovation and investments.
In January, our innovation arm, PSA unboXed, evolved into PSA Ventures as PSA’s dedicated venture capital arm and venture builder. PSA Ventures works with ecosystem partners to drive sustainability initiatives in port and supply chain operations across four core domains: terminal technology, green energy transition, supply chain and logistics solutions, and data and digital innovations. In February 2025, PSA Ventures partnered with Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Development and Logistics Programme, to identify and invest in promising startups and jointly develop Minimum Viable Products with a clear pathway to commercial scale.
PSA was the first port operator to join the Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation (GCMD) in a five-year strategic partnership to drive decarbonisation initiatives across global port ecosystems, contributing valuable port-side insights to support the trial of new technologies and solutions across the maritime value chain.
PSA, DNV Singapore and Pacific International Lines also signed a Memorandum of Understanding in March 2025 to collaborate on carbon emission measurement, reporting and verification, and to jointly develop sustainable solutions to create end-to-end green supply chains supported by a robust data ecosystem with digital assurance.
In October 2025, PSA BDP and Singapore’s A*STAR Institute of High Performance Computing launched a three-year joint research initiative to enhance global supply chains, using AI, modelling, and simulation technologies to detect and assess the downstream impact of disruptions on shipping operations and propose risk mitigation strategies.
Anchored in PSA’s broader climate goals to achieve 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030 (against a 2019 baseline) and net zero carbon emissions by 2050, PSA Antwerp strengthened its commitment to sustainable port operations by joining the Zero Emission Port Alliance (ZEPA) – a global initiative that unites terminal operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and ports – to accelerate the transition towards battery-electric port equipment and net zero emissions ports.
Further into this Annual Report, under the Sustainability section, we have provided more information on our Group’s climate action efforts, offering a comprehensive overview of PSA’s sustainability milestones.
Beyond commercial collaboration, our close relationships with our partners also found expression in shared moments of history and camaraderie. As part of Singapore’s SG60 celebrations, PSA Singapore paid tribute to the nation’s maritime and containerisation journey at Tanjong Pagar Terminal, our first container terminal, with an illuminated display of 271 containers forming the messages “SG60♥” and “PSA♥SG”. Beyond its visual impact, the display symbolised PSA’s enduring business relationships, made possible through the strong support of 14 shipping lines that contributed the containers.
DRIVING INTELLIGENT SUPPLY CHAINS OF THE FUTURE
PSA’s investments in digitalisation and technology kept pace with the evolving risk environment, ensuring our ability to maintain seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across supply chain ecosystems.
For its efforts to build a robust and future-ready logistics ecosystem, PSA Singapore received the “Supply Chain Hub Award” at the inaugural Supply Chain Excellence Awards APAC 2025, and was named “Best Supply Chain Software Company” at the LogiSYM Awards 2025 for OptETruck, a cloud-based platform that leverages data-driven insights and AI to optimise truck deployment.
Intelligent Warehouse eXchange (iWX), to be deployed at PSA Supply Chain Hub @ Tuas (PSCH), was a finalist at the inaugural Design AI and Tech Awards organised by Singapore financial daily The Business Times and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Developed to address long-standing warehouse coordination challenges such as equipment visibility gaps and space congestion, iWX will enhance warehouse transparency and operational efficiency.
SHAPING A CARING COMMUNITY
In 2025, PSA Singapore commemorated a key corporate social responsibility milestone with the 10th anniversary of our PSA Health@Home staff volunteerism programme. The year also marked the first time PSA colleagues from our Middle East South Asia region and PSA BDP participated in Moving For Charity – an annual sports fundraiser launched in 2020 by PSA’s Europe, Mediterranean and Americas regions – broadening its reach and impact.
Around the world, our companies and employees continued to give back to their local communities through meaningful initiatives, including hands-on volunteer work with welfare organisations, financial assistance for the underprivileged, participation in fundraising events, support for arts and cultural programmes, and sustainability efforts such as community clean ups. We will continue to seek opportunities to address social and environmental needs, creating greater impact in the local communities where we operate.
RECOGNISING EXCELLENCE ACROSS OUR NETWORK
During the year, PSA’s efforts were recognised through multiple industry accolades from around the world, including the following:

STAYING THE COURSE TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
In November 2025, Singapore emerged as the world’s leading container port in the inaugural “Leading Container Ports of the World” benchmark report released by DNV and Menon Economics. The country led all five pillars of the index – enablers, connectivity and customer value, productivity, sustainability, and overall impact – reflecting Singapore’s world-class infrastructure, transparent governance and global connectivity.
I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the Board for their sound counsel and commend our management, staff, and unions for their adaptability in advancing the company’s long-term growth ambitions. My gratitude also goes to our customers, partners, and stakeholders for their continued support and trust in PSA as we work together to build stronger and more resilient supply chains.
Today, we live in a world of geopolitical tension, populism and societal distrust. As globalisation continues to evolve and uncertainty remains ever present, I am confident that PSA’s transformative mindset, anchored in innovation and sustainability, will position us well for the future. By staying focused on our purpose, and supported by the resolute dedication of our people and the resilience of our diverse portfolio – spanning ports, supply chain solutions, marine services, and digital enablements – we will look beyond the immediate horizon and pursue longer-term ambitions that create distinct value for our customers, partners and industry stakeholders, while enhancing trade flows around the world.
